Doctor Paul, as I like to think of him, just kept plugging away at the problem until we were all set, which meant that instead of investing in an entire new (electric furnace/ A/C combo unit fir a condo) system we were able to repair the existing one with a hard to find part and lots of balancing. Air Doctor stuck with it and followed up even after they were done. When I need a new one,someday not to soon, I hope, these are the folks I’m going to call.
